THIS IS A SCAM! BRING SUCH A NOTICE TO THE ATTENTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND AN ATTORNEY. A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE.
